General Questions
One caveat is that new Tesla doesn't turn on the 12V outlet at the Sentry mode. Camp mode needs to be turned on to enable the 12V outlet. This is not a big deal since the cabin needs to be cool for the fridge to work properly --- Otherwise the fridge will overheat and stop working.
Typically affects iPhone users. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled and location services are turned on.
If the problem persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
Ensure the Tesla Fridge is in MAX mode. The ECO mode does not allow temperature adjustments by design.
Explanation: This indicates an abnormality in the external power voltage. The refrigerator’s operating voltage is either too high or too low, triggering the intelligent voltage safety protection to protect the car's battery from draining.
Solution: Start the engine to generate power until a stable operating voltage is reached, or adjust the voltage protection setting. Once the system detects a suitable starting environment, the intelligent voltage safety protection will be disabled, and the refrigerator will attempt to restart.
Explanation: This indicates that the external ambient temperature is too high. The refrigerator’s operating program intelligently detects an overheating risk and activates the high-temperature safety protection.
Solution: Turn on the air conditioning or remove any cover to lower the ambient temperature around the refrigerator. Once the system detects a suitable operating temperature, the high-temperature safety protection will be disabled, and the refrigerator will attempt to restart.
